A&B Naturals Return Policy

Unopened items with a paper receipt may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions apply, including produce, frozen/refrigerated items & fresh bread.

Due to their perishable nature, these items cannot be returned unless the product was found to be damaged or spoiled upon opening.

 

Opened items are eligible for return/exchange only if the product is compromised in some way.

(i.e., mold found under yogurt label or produce rotten on inside.)
In addition, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for opened products that a customer “did not enjoy” upon trying. Please note: we are a small business & encourage you to try new items. This is however, for lack of a better term, at your own risk.

 

Returns without a paper receipt. Items returned without a paper register receipt will have 20% taken off of the price marked on the item, or the current shelf price if the price tag is missing.

No exceptions. This is due to our loyalty program. (See below)

 

Items sold at a 50% discount are not eligible for return. These items are sold either past their best-by date or have been damaged; they are sold as is.

 

All returns/exchanges are subject to manager approval.

 

A&B Naturals Loyalty Program

As a thank you to our community, A&B offers a loyalty program where customers can save up their register receipts & apply them to future discounts.  Credit card/debit/EBT receipts do not qualify for the discount. Only receipts dated for the current calendar year are valid. Receipts fade; if we cannot read the receipt, we cannot use it towards a discount.

 

Treat your receipts like cash, if you lose them or forget to bring them in, we will not offer a discount. Receipts must be presented in person; photos/copies are not accepted. No exceptions.

 

$150 worth of receipts will give you 10% off your next purchase. *

$250 worth of receipts will give you 20% off your next purchase. *

 

*This total is a PRE-TAX amount. Any receipt that has already been discounted for any reason cannot be used towards a future discount. No exceptions.

 

Customers may also donate their receipts to local organizations including the Bar Harbor Food Pantry, The Community School of MDI & Open Table MDI. Upon donating your receipt, the organizations listed above will be eligible for our loyalty discount.
